Two Dead in Kansas City, MO Wrong-way Crash

A wrong-way accident that occurred along I-435 claimed the lives of two individuals early yesterday morning. According to authorities, the accident took place at around 8:30 a.m. Monday when an SUV that was headed south in the northbound lanes hit another car at a high speed. The SUV hit the car head on and killed its forty-four year old driver and her eleven-year old daughter. The driver had just rounded a turn and had no reaction time before she was struck head on by the SUV. The state of the wrong-way driver is unknown and the accident itself is under investigation. Prayers go out to the family and friends of the two females that lost their lives because of the negligent driving of another.

Unfortunately, negligent driving leads to numerous deaths each year. If a loved one is killed because of the negligent or reckless driving of another, his or her family members are entitled to compensation. An Illinois or Missouri wrongful death attorney will work tirelessly to ensure that the family members of the deceased are reimbursed for their tragic loss. To speak to a wrongful death attorney about a potential case today, contact attorney Chris Dixon at 314.409.7060 or at 855.402.7274. Kansas City lawyer Chris Dixon can help an individual in filing a Missouri wrongful death claim and in receiving the compensation they deserve.
