Several recent incidents involving All Terrain Vehicles have resulted in fatalities. In Kansas City, Missouri, 19-year-old Cole Steelman was killed when he drove his ATV off of Varner Road late Friday night. His ATV went airborne and he was prounounced dead at the scene.
