Missouri Car and Tractor Trailer Crash

In west-central Clinton, Missouri, a tractor trailer struck an automobile around 8:30 p.m on Thursday.  Police are reporting that 15 year old Kelly Edwards, of Holden Missouri, failed to stop at a stop sign in Henry County, resulting in the broadside collision.  The horrific crash crash resulted in the deaths of  Kelly Edwards and Maryland Edwards. Our prayers go out to the families of the victims.

Authorities have reported that both victims were wearing their seat belts, indicating the extremely significant impact of the crash.  The driver of the semi truck was left unharmed.

The families of the deceased will certainly face an extremely difficult road ahead.  The last thing they will want to think about is dealing with the wrongful death personal injury case the crash has begun.  It is important to understand that while the grieving process takes its route, evidence is being lost.  It is important to independently investigate the case immediately to ensure all facts are preserved in the event the family and loved ones decide later to take action to ensure this horrific event does not happen again.
