Edina, Mo. Driver Injured in Car Crash

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, a driver was seriously injured in an auto accident that took place early Tuesday around five miles south of Edina, Missouri. A northbound Chevrolet driven by Helen Oldfather, 78, attempted to pass a vehicle and in turn collided with 2006 Mack dump truck driven by Glenn Farris, 63, who was attempting to pass as well. Oldfather’s vehicle then veered off of the right side of the highway where it hit a fence and flipped, ejecting Oldfather.  Helen is reported to be in critical condition.
