Friday afternoon, a car accident left one individual dead and two others injured near Monroe County, Missouri. According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department, Matthew Harmon, 18, was driving a Ford on Missouri 15 when he attempted to cross U.S. 24 and drove into Boyd Lair’s Mack truck. Harmon’s Ford came to rest on the roadway, while Lair’s Mack truck flipped. William Holmes, the 15-year-old passenger in Harmon’s Ford was pronounced dead Friday evening. Both Harmon and Lair sustained serious injuries from the vehicle accident. Prayers go out to all those involved in Friday’s horrific car crash.
